RIDDIM NATION will feature all the best that Carnival has to offer in theatre, musical performances and entertainment all wrapped up in the story of 'Broko', a Moko Jumbie in training with no ‘rhythm’. ‘Riddim Nation’ takes us on Broko’s journey to find the ‘riddims’ of Carnival, where he will explore all the musical genres of the festival, featuring performances by:
Soca Stars: Destra Garcia, Farmer Nappy and Shurwayne Winchester. Chutney Soca Legend: Drupatee Ramgoonai, Chutney Soca Monarch title holder: Nishard M, Calypso Kings: Mistah Shak and Brian London and Reigning Calypso Monarch, Terri Lyons!

Trinidad, W.I -- Soca powerhouse Destra Garcia will make her
world debut as a featured theatre actor in the upcoming production of
‘RIDDIM NATION’ at the National Academy for the Performing Arts. ‘RIDDIM
NATION’, which is presented by We Are CZAR and its , will take place
on Carnival Monday and Tuesday nights, with doors opening at 6:00 PM and
showtime at 7:30 PM.
Trinidad, W.I -- Soca powerhouse Destra Garcia will make her world debut as a featured theatre actor in the upcoming production of ‘RIDDIM NATION’ at the National Academy for the Performing Arts. ‘RIDDIM NATION’, which is presented by We Are CZAR and its , will take place on Carnival Monday and Tuesday nights, with doors opening at 6:00 PM and showtime at 7:30 PM. This fully-staged theatrical production, written, produced and directed by Penny Gomez, will feature a star-studded cast of actors, musicians and entertainers, across a wide range of musical styles including: Calypso, Soca, Chutney, Brass and Rhythm.
