In 2005 ISLANDpeople introduced to Trinidad and Tobago, all night 2-4-1 drink specials at Caution, its summer event. This year for Caution – ‘Save’, we introduce the first ever 2-4-1 food deals and retro prices on doubles as in the past at $1.00 thanks to bmobile. Those perks along with a fun-filled ‘recession’ bar with free drinks coupons, are just some of the indulgences Caution-goers can expect on Saturday, July 11, at the biggest surprise party. It’s all this and more, in a trendy setting with the hottest music for a great time.
The ISLANDpeople team has been promoting the theme - ‘Save’- throughout the island at a number of events and through the social network. This is in keeping with the event’s objective to raise public consciousness on a topical issue in a dynamic entertaining fashion.
The interpretation of the theme is broad-based as the public is being encouraged to among other things: save gas by carpooling; save money by engaging in financial plans that allow for a good work life balance; save the earth by being environmentally conscious and save lives by practising safe sex. When the party is over, 100 hundred lucky patrons will get walk out their piece of beautiful earth – a mahogany plant – to make a difference in greening the environment.
Our partners have also wholeheartedly embraced the theme for the ‘party with a purpose’ by adding their special touch to what will be a unique experience for patrons. Welcome drinks await them compliments of Smirnoff and Hennessey; value for money treats from bmobile in their ‘Remember when?’ promotion, a ‘Sober Zone’ by Holiday Snacks, free bottled water from Blue Waters and drink specials compliments of Stag.
