I love this event - and I really appreciate all of the hard work that the bands put into making these gorgeous costumes each year. But man those benches are hard!!

I love this event - and I really appreciate all of the hard work that the bands put into making these gorgeous costumes each year. But man those benches are hard!!
CROWD:
The stands were packed, the liquor tent was packed, everyone was hyped!
VENUE/ACCESSIBILITY:
Lamport Stadium is the traditional venue... parking isn't easy unless you arrive early though.
VIBES:
The crowd was ready to cheer their favourite costumes as usual.
FOOD & DRINKS:
Food was excellent, but lineups were cumbersome.
SERVICE:
The merchants did their best to control the crowd, but you know how feisty West Indians can get, so there were a few tense moments!
COST/VALUE:
$27 for advance tickets is pricey, BUT $35 at the door is outrageous!
