On to fete number two (2) for the night and it's time for 'Thrillergy' ... Kalinago's hot back in times party now in it's 3rd year ... Like all Trilogies.. no matter how good the first two (2) are ... it's the success of the 3rd that determines where we go from here! Thriller in it's first year was off the chain, last year they came back again ... We tired we up for too long now ... this party is gonna need to run real vibes to keep this TJJ team awake, especially with an additional hour of partying included ... we cyah wait!

CROWD:
Mature, sophisticated yet naughty! You could say tonight was a 'usual' crowd ... who you expected to be there was there and there were just a few unfamiliar faces thrown in. It was good to see some people went all out with their costumes, especially MJ!! Even those who didn't make the effort with the outfits put 100% into creating a good time! Those who weren't dressed up were effortlessly casual ... it's like they came in their wining clothes ... ready to get on and nothing too high or too tight must hold them back.

VIBES:
'The Original Master of the Dance,Signal To Noise and King of Trinidad & Tobago Daytime Radio - Clyde de Outlaw are coming back to London again to ROCK THE HOUSE.' That was the headline that scored the patrons tonight!! Signal! Clyde! What can I say... year after year they bring the vibes ... nuff said! Thriller made it's first appearance in 2007 when Signal and Clyde flew in to rock this crowd by taking us back in time on the night we literally go back in time. Ah yes this weird phenomenon of turning back the clocks in London equals one thing and this crowd were loving it - an extra hour to party!!! Signal and Clyde ran tune after tune taking us all the way back to Nuts days, Base days, (even Blue Iguana days for those old enough) with tunes such as Ram Ram!!! The crowd were getting on bad... no one was standing up!!! On vibes this party win ! Big up to Vendetta Sounds and Che in de Mixx for bringing us even more tunes whilst showing us the moonwalk!

VENUE/ACCESSIBILITY:
The Wall is usually the swarve city boys' after work Liming spot, yet tonight was transformed into what can only be described as a 1990's club venue! Upstairs is where the action is in The Wall ... with an outside terrace for the smokers and those needing some breathing space! There is also a mezzanine level overlooking the main floor for those who wanted to chill but still get kicks off the bacchanal below. One long bar stretched the entire length of the venue and every other piece of space became the dance floor! The Wall is a small venue but tonight was a small crowd so it worked out pretty snug!

FOOD/DRINK:
One bar might not sound like much but because it stretched the length of the venue it worked. There was never a wait for drinks and we heard no complaints ... People were drinking whatever they were drinking. Did that contribute to the vibes? Maybe ... who cares right? There was food upstairs and we believe a few people patronised in the fork cleaning but once again with party chasing ... we have no idea how the food went down or what it look like ... ah well! Callabash!!!!!!!!!!!!! yah wash yah!!!!

COST/VALUE:
At £10 in advance to hear DJs spin these kinda tunes ... no problem! Those of you that weren't organised in advance got tickets at £15 at the door ... still reasonable for a city spot in London. Also we hear that with a Loyalty card you could of reduced that down to £12 ... where can we get one???? The vibes paid for themselves ... no question on value here!

One final thought... all this party was missing was a few different faces ... and from what we could see not many people knew about it ... so get advertising boys ... you got the vibes ... let's make sure everyone knows where it's at!!!

Right... two fetes down and not crashing yet.... bring on the the third one ...
