Before you start wondering, raising eyebrows and frowning, the power soca contender you’ve been waiting for is ready, and set to take the streets by storm. The season’s upon us- yes Christmas- but so is Carnival 2010.  “Lonely Road” – another SWLimited masterpiece hits www.shurwaynewinchester.com exclusively for green card members first, this Wednesday- then the track takes the airwaves, mere moments after.

Shurwayne and the team’s thought it out and with several tracks bouncing about, there’s no denying that things are going as planned. He’s given you  “Murdah,” the one that makes men, women and children hold their heads with sweet satisfaction. He’s also unleashed the j’ouvert chipper, “Chippin,” alongside Prestan, and he’s offered the winery too, “Gyal Wine Up”- alongside Jamaican dancehall artistes, RDX.  Now, bear in mind- the pace is not about to slow down.

Wednesday, November 11th- marks the beginning of Carnival 2010 for Shurwayne Winchester & Y.O.U. The unit’s hard work is about to explode onto the scene, and they’re determined to cause a mess- spilling sweet soca all over the streets of Port-Of-Spain, Chaguanas, San Fernando and not forgetting Tobago.

Earlier this week, Shawn Mastermind Noel- producer and vocalist,  inside camp Y.O.U. submitted his 2010 offering, “Whole lot of Girls.” This too, is a sign of things to come in the season that Trinbagonions and people the world over anticipate, with bated breath. There’s no denying the music, no denying the momentum and come Wednesday, there’ll be no denying the presence of one man and his unit. There’s so much to come… inhale and release yourself to the season.
