CROWD:
The quality of the crowd was rather formidable. Even though it was just the media launch for the band, patrons still came out in their best attire. Seeing that the purpose of the event was for the media to get a glimpse of the upcoming band D' Krewe has to offer called Salvaje, the crowd was mostly filled with media personnel, but supporters and well wishers came out but it wasn't as much to say that the event was a "Ram Out" session. Putting that aside, the different looks of both those who attended as well as the costumes who were on display was quite impressive. Some patrons choose the semi-casual look while others went all out with straight up formal with a capital "F". The costumes on display were also appealing, wouldn't mind keeping my eye open for some of those costumes on the road Carnival Monday and/or Tuesday. All in all it was a trendy event, more for die-hard supporters of D' Krewe or new comers of the brand and well of course for the media. Celebs also made themselves noticeable. Some came as patrons such as Peter C. Lewis. Some others came as fellow media personnel such as Whitney Husbands and Serala, both from Synergy TV. And Mrs. Carol Jacobs came as a supporter; for both the brand as well as to support her daughter Trini Jacobs who performed and entertained the turnout that night

VENUE/ACCESSIBILITY:
Gravity Night Club is one of those clubs if you never heard about it you'd never know it existed. Formerly known as Coliseum, for those who use to attend it for its Friday after work limes and free drinks specials wouldn't have had any problems in finding the club, but to others, they would not have known there was a club there in the first place. Ambiance was was a bit of a mellow romantic theme, with scented candle lit tables and dimmed lights to i guess bring out the seduction in the costumes that were on display.

VIBES:
Masqueraders displaying their costumes for 2010 were quite vibrant. Dancing to the music, lovely smiles, and keeping us media personnel well entertained by posing fiercely and elegantly for the cameras. The entertainment was commendable by both the DJ who gave the crowd all out soca music both of the old school and new school genre, and also a live performance by Trini Jacobs which hyped the crowd and masqueraders who took the opportunity to give the audience a full view of their individual costumes under the spotlight

FOOD/DRINK:
The drinks were on par. Bar was fully stocked with whatever drink you desired, both from premium and non-premium aspects.
