March 13th, 2020 -- Breaking News: In light of the COVID19 pandemic, Carnival in Jamaica 2020 will be postponed until October this year.

Lovers of Chutney and Chutney Soca music will be happy to know that come Carnival weekend 2021, there’ll be a new event specially designed for them.

Randy Glasgow Productions (RGP) is bringing back the massive Chutney Brass Festival, but with a twist, it returns as a competition.

The competition will be open to all Chutney and Chutney Soca Bands, both local and from other countries.

The Barbados Tourism Marketing Inc. (BTMI) in collaboration with the National Cultural Foundation (NCF) will be soft launching a new global campaign dubbed ‘Love Crop Over’. This new and invigorating campaign is all about creating an emotional connection with Crop Over and highlighting all the things loved about the annual festival such as food, heritage, music, arts and events.

The Karukera One Love (KOL) is an international company that promotes Caribbean Culture and Music throughout the French West Indies and Europe since 2017.

In collaboration with Caesar’s Army, the first edition of the internationally-acclaimed KOL festival in Trinidad and Tobago will be held on Carnival Friday, 21st February 2020 at Maracas Bay, North Coast.

Port-of-Spain, Trinidad. January 23rd, 2020 - A VH1 International influencer has been signed to carnival concierge masquerade band, One Nation Carnival. The band launched in September 2019 and has cemented a partnership with VH1 Reality Star, Prince, often referred to as the Fresh Prince of South Beach. Prince joins the One Nation team to serve as Operations Director for the Miami area, as well as the band’s Creative Director.

PORT OF SPAIN, 2 January 2020, The highly anticipated announcement for the annual Old Hilarians' All-Inclusive fete was released last evening in an official statement on the website of the Old Hilarians’ Association (OHA) (alumnae Association of Bishop Anstey High School, Port of Spain). For 2020, the OHA proudly launches the 24th edition of its annual fundraising fete entitled, è Dolce Dolce (it Sweet-Sweet!) at Queen’s Hall.
