Machel Montano HD concert "Euphoria!" took place on Canada Day in Toronto courtesy of Higher Image Entertainment Inc., so you know there was no doubt that TJJ (and TJJ TV) would be on the scene. The vibe was set, everyone hype especially with Caribana right around the corner! With non-stop jammin in de fete and when we tell yuh vibes sweet fuh days ... lawd! TJJ took some time from the whinery to get up and personal with one of our favorite female artists on the scene today, Miss Patrice Roberts. Microphone check .. one .. two .. one .. two!

Not even the torrential downpour of rain and massive flooding in New York could keep us away from Sean Kingston's first ever performance in Queens, NY at Maracas Nightclub and let me tell you, it was it a night to remember! The ladies were out in full effect to catch a glimpse of the one and only. Big up to Queens for showing their support! After his great performance, TJJ put the teen sensation in the hot seat to get to know him a little better.

The man with d Pan, Dane Gulston! It's always a treat to see Pan playing sensation Dane in his element. From the time you hear that first note, you can feel the love, excitement and passion he has for his craft. The TJJ girls caught up with Dane and interviewed this very talented musician who creates his own stage as he dances with his instrument and shows off his command of improvisation and ability to make folks jam in their seats and on their feet!

What's up guys? The TJJ girls were all smiles when we heard about Grenadian artist Berbice performing at Element "Caribbean Thursdays" and could hardly wait to hear the song "Traffic" (Grenada Road March 2007) live. If you haven't heard this chune, you must be mad!! This chune is bad, and is sure to be mashing up the road this year! Berbice even did a "Traffic (Remix)" with TnT's Shurwayne Winchester, which is also wicked.

The event, hosted by VP records, featured giveaways and yuh know we love free tings! Caribbean Thursdays featured all this plus a surprise performance by fellow Grenadian artist Pupa Lundi. We caught up with Berbice for 5 Minutes just before he was about to go onstage.

The TJJ crew caught up with Kees from Kes the Band in Santa Monica California right after his very successful first show of the band's West Coast Tour (check out our KES Live Tour Coverage - May 10 | May 15). So, 5 Minutes With Kees starts... NOW!

TJJ was up front and center at Mr. Vegas "Mus Come A Road" Video Release Party at "Caribbean Thursdays" at Club Element in NYC and yuh know we had to put him in the interview hot seat. Surrounded by microphones and the flash of the cameras, we made our way through the crowd, (it's easy when your short!) and quickly got up front and center. Your girls got the inside scoop - a little bit more than music - from the talented Dancehall artist, with some jokesy pictures to boot!
