NEW YORK, NY (RHONA FOX, INC.) - Machel Montano puts his finishing touch on Miami Carnival '08 by paying a visit to Miami's hit station, POWER 96, on Wednesday, October 15.  Montano is the invited studio guest for the top-rated The DJ Laz Morning Pimp Show on the mainstream pop station.
