    Drupatee Ramgoonai is a Trinidadian chutney and chutney-soca artiste from Penal. She had her biggest hit in 1988 when her (Roll Up the Tassa) Mr. Bissessar was a Road March contender. Drupatee Ramgoonai was born in Penal, Trinidad.
