Jungle Juicers! It's the Friday before Carnival Friday and the TJJ family is heading to the Misty Ridge All Inclusive at The Ranch in Santa Cruz. If you haven't realized by now, this fete is a TJJ Carnival staple, and each and every year we find ourselves taking new locals and foreigners up to The Ranch to experience it 1st hand with us. For all the foreigners that not accustomed, the journey was straight out of the Blair Witch Project!!! Narrow winding roads with no street lights, and nothing but bush in sight. Lol. The traffic was easy so before you could wonder out loud, we arrived.

As we like to say, BAM.... we in de fete! The ambiance was inviting and the music was pumping. We didn't even take a good two steps into the fete and we were already offered three different drinks!!! No Joke!! There were tents to the left and right as we chipped along the path and through the huge Dasani Cool Zone. Coconut water, shrimp cocktail, bake and shark (which they fried on the spot)... listen, if you came with your belly in your hand, you were straight!

Doh talk bout drinks... Johnnie Walker was definitely in the hhooouuusssee! I set it off sipping on some Angostura 1919 and Daddy Juice (de camera man on de night) sampled Dooley's. The bars were very efficient. Truss, there's nothing worse than a bar with slow service. Drinks were flowing with ease. The wine tent with a selection of white, blush and red wines added a touch of class. Seriously though... who drinks wine for Carnival???!!! Isn't scotch the theme beverage!!! ;-)

Oh yeah, if beer is your thing, the sexy ladies of the Stag Brigade were on duty pouring Stag on tap. Who said Ice Luge Shots!!! (photo). Yours truly took one for the team and knocked back a rum punch shot. There was also Goldschlager and Jaagermeister... together!!! Lawd ... Pressha! Soon, there was a line for the shots!!! Ladies, we must say that you were on point. Sexy outfits were a plenty. Fellas, you were looking hot too... real hot.

Alright, moving on, the music was jammin' hard thanks to Shotmaster J & Devon Matthews from RED 96.7FM and High Fidelity/Less than Zero. Hear nah man, we witnessed all kinda wining! Well it is wining season after all! Kees Diffenthaller, Nadia Batson, Faye-Ann Lyons and Bunji all kept the crowd entertained. Hunter wanted his rum.... and he doh care what you "Bring it" in! Lol.

Misty Ridge... we got misty when they said the party was going to be done. Sniff sniff! Special thanks to Jordanna, Michael and the rest of the Misty Ridge committee. It was marvelous!!!
