Wanderlust - Taste The World, embraced UWI grounds this past Sunday as patrons were entertained to an exquisite selection of drinks to accompany a wide variety of delectable eats not forgetting a cast of top notch performers and DJs who mesmerized the crowd to the sweet songs of Soca music. This fete which was hosted by the University of the West Indies (St. Augustine Campus) in aid of raising funds for student scholarships gave patrons there moneys' worth as they were able to indulge in cuisines from countries including; Africa, China, France, Italy, India and Mexico while enjoying refreshing cocktails and premium drinks. Machel Montano and his full band made their 1st appearance for Carnival 2017, while Roy Cape All Stars, MX Prime featuring Ultimate Rejects, Dil-E-Nadan, a line-up of guest performers and DJs rounded of the live entertainment for the night. The beautiful decor and outdoor ambience of the university grounds, to top it off consummated a Wanderlust event.
