It's already Crop Over Thursday, and all week we pretty much limed and prepared for our very own Party Appraiser wedding festivities to take place on Saturday. We heard that Wadadah's fete last night at Kensington Oval was ah good fete, so we stick … but it wasn't 100% our fault.

No scene, it's pace from tonight until Kadooment Day! Stabby De Guard already gave us our mission to stop dem women with dem big bumpers from pooching back!!! So we are heading down to the Party Stand for Island Style and Power X Four annual Glow Barbados fete. We running behind schedule, so our plan to stop at Harbor Lights first was foiled … sorry peeps. It was minutes to 1am, as we drove into venue. Thanks Kamal for the usual hook ups. The 1st person we bounce up outside was good fren Alex Jordan of BBC 1Xtra - one face you'll never miss for Crop Over! Large up yuhself Alex!!

There was a long line of people, all looking fine and dandy in their white treads, steadily moving. We decided to use the side entrance when it was time to get down to business. Big up we Power X Four family!! There were two ladies with body paint dancing above the entrance, and inside was set up pretty much the same as last year (see coverage). There was a sea of white under the main tent, and perimeters weren't as packed as we expected at this hour. We did catch Mr. Machel Montano and some of the HD click liming on the inside, and later bounced up another friend of TJJ, AJ Calloway (Extra TV) liming with the Baje International crew.

Early acts such as TnT's Farmer Nappy and BIM's Pong and Natahlee got the crowd in early gear for the bigger acts to follow. Edwin Yearwood and band Krosfyah (big up Khiomal, doing big tings this year) hit the stage around 3:30am. The jamming continued as they sang all their hits of today and yesteryear. Joining them on stage to turn up the heat a notch higher were Mr. Dale, Mikey, Peter Ram, Inches and Lil' Rick. This time around, Hyper Dawg brought new comer Under Dawg (yes, one of his sons) with him to work the crowd into ah frenzy singing their 2008 Crop Over hit "Breakaway". The ladies in the crowd were particularly impressed with Under Dawg's wuk up skills! Krosfyah grabbed control of the reigns again, taking the show to its end. The DJs then took over, taking the fete past sunrise.

Minutes to six, and with one TJJ rep already down for the count - been sleeping the car since like 2:30 since he wants to go surfing at 7am - we decided to buss the tape. But, we not going home yet … Crack of Dawn Breakfast Party just started on the West Coast!! We hear they have doubles …. driver, double time!!

Feeling ah lil sleepy, but ah ent tied yet!!
